Operations Manager

Operations Manager, Hertfordshire (hybrid). Up to £60,000 plus bonus and benefits.

We're partnering with a growing Business Advisory firm that helps clients optimise their business performance. Supporting them in optimising profit and reviewing strategy to identify growth potential and planning succession or exit strategies. The role:

• As Operations Manager you will be instrumental in delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
• You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, supporting business growth and continuous improvement.
• Lead and improve operational processes to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Anticipate and address operational risks or client needs.
• Solve complex operational challenges with practical, scalable solutions.
• Managing onboarding of new clients, including collecting personal and financial information.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for operational queries and support.
• Ensuring compliance with key regulatory requirements.
• Organising, booking and manging events.

About you:

• This role would suit someone from an Operational or EA or Office Manager background.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced operational or support role.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• A proactive approach to improving processes and solving problems.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
• Previous experience of working within a Business Advisory or Consultancy firm a distinct advantage.
