Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading housing company in the North London area who are looking for a brand new supervisor to join their team covering all planned repairs projects in North London.

They are looking for an experienced Planned Supervisor to manage a team of operatives covering all planned repairs maintenance across the North London area.

Duties:

• Carry out inspections to diagnose findings
• Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise
• Manage the delivery of planned repair works (Identifying repairs, faults and issues, scoping and raising specifications, monitoring progress on and off-site)
• Raising orders and approving/rejecting variations on SOR codes
• Manage a team of sub-contractors and operatives, overseeing their performance, inspecting their work, and providing accurate technical advice to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Ad hoc tasks including internal/external queries, preparing documents and reports, and completing activities for pre-site meetings, checking for Asbestos surveys (or similar surveys), supporting the team to cover annual leave, training, or sickness.

Key Knowledge:

• Previous Social Housing Supervisor experience required
• Experience working on reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects
• IT Literate
