About the Role
As a Sales Director - Central Government, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the business' footprint by developing and executing strategic sales plans. Key Responsibilities

• Lead new client acquisition within the Central Government sector.

• Create compelling, compliant, and value-driven proposals, ensuring alignment with internal approval processes.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of sales success within the UK public sector, particularly in securing multi-million-pound, multi-year deals.
• Deep understanding of UK public sector procurement frameworks and processes.
• Expertise in breaking into new accounts, shaping strategic relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Strong knowledge of the Central Government landscape, including key challenges, drivers, and motivations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organisation, fostering teamwork across diverse functions.

Security Requirements
Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be eligible for SC clearance. This requires British citizenship and UK residency for the past five years.
