The Role:

We re looking for a new Content Manager to join our Marketing team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will lead initiatives for Dreams that inspire our target customer, focusing on quality, trust and expertise. You ll manage the Content team to deliver projects that engage and convert customers, ensuring consistency across channels. Your work will strengthen our shopping experience, both pre- and post-purchase, by tailoring the output to our audience.Ready to skip the snooze button and get stuck in? Here s a taste of what you ll be doing day-to-day- Develop and implement content strategies that meet the objectives of the business.- Understand our customer and tailor activity to engage and resonate with that audience.- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure cohesive and aligned output.- Manage the end-to-end creation of project assets e.g. partnership, services or seasonal campaigns.- Oversee product content production, managing and supporting the team to ensure quality and timely delivery.- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed according to the brief, within agreed timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Support the development and implementation of the new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.- Manage relationships with agency partners, ensuring high performance and implementing necessary contracts; conduct tenders as needed to evaluate or select partners.- Build relationships with 3rd parties, reviewing joint output and processes to maximise investment.- Ensure all content aligns with channel requirements and adheres to brand, campaign, and tone of voice guidelines.- Co-ordinate and attend shoots as required.

The Person:
