Description

Carry out routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems across assigned properties.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all tasks.

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

Assist in the installation of new electrical systems or components as required.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and report on completed tasks.

Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimise downtime.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.

Profile

A successful Electrical Maintenance Operative should have:

• A recognised qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance or a similar role.
