Payroll Advisor

This Payroll Advisor role is Office-based in Mid Kent

Some responsibilities of Payroll Advisor position:

• Collate & send monthly payroll instructions for c 100 staff to payroll provider and check that they are processed correctly
• Check & manage the payroll portal
• Resolving any staff queries and liaising with HR
• Collating data on holidays and sickness, and calculating and changes to pay
• Ensure high levels of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits (including but not limited to Company cars, pension and expenses) accurately and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Working with the HR Manager on pay increases and salary modelling.
