Export/Shipping Administrator

Nouvo are working with an amazing import / export organisation who are looking for an experienced Shipping Administrator to join their expanding team. This role is offered as a hybrid opportunity.

Job Description

• Supporting the shipping team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Being responsible for ensuring the timely dispatch and arrival of shipments.
• Creating shipment invoices and packing lists and approving freight invoices.
• Managing shipping inbox for imports, creating instructions to carriers, and updating records.
• Being the first point of contact for queries relating to shipping or status enquiries.
• Signing off freight invoices from suppliers.
• Administrative experience in shipping and logistics desirable but not essential
