Assistant Project Manager

Job Role: Project Manager

Area: Kent

Salary: £35k - £45k

My client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team. As Assistant Project Manager you will support project management activities across various initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with team members to gather requirements and manage project documentation.
• Supervise on site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration.
• Implement cost control measures to maintain budget compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend and support in prestart meetings on site
• Set out as per construction drawings, for site teams to commence works.
• Submit monthly applications in relevance to works within calendar months

The ideal candidate will be:

• 2+ years in construction with preferred project management experience
• Experience in excel using formulas
• Able to cost variations, manage & execute within project programme.
• Experience supervising teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
