Care Worker

Job Title: Care Workers x 5 (Full-Time/Part Time) Location: North London

Our client are a fastest growing care provider in the South East and provide essential care to elderly and vulnerable adults across North London.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for care workers who are truly passionate about delivering high quality care to vulnerable adults within the community. To be considered for this role, you must ideally have your own transport and it would be ideal for you to have a background in care. We will however consider drivers, who have worked in other industries and are considering a career in care. We are looking for individuals with empathy, compassion, creativity and commitment and those who genuinely want to make a positive difference to other people's lives.

The key geographical areas we are searching in are:

EN1, EN2, EN3 & N13 post codes (North London)

Key responsibilities will include; but not be limited to:

Providing SU's with the appropriate level of care in accordance with their support plan.

Safeguarding the rights and dignity of service users and assisting them with personal care

Supporting service users to build their confidence, self-esteem and independence

Supporting service users to take their medication

Support service users with their daily living skills and domestic chores

Requirements:

- Good verbal communication skills and written standard of English

- Commitment, enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism

- Experience in care is desirable but not essential (Full training Provided)

- Good problem solving skills and a solutions focused approach

- Positive and friendly nature, with a 'can-do' attitude

- Full UK Licence and access to their own transport (car/motorbike/moped/bicycle)
