- Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key existing clients
- Work with the sales team to create and implement business development plans to meet revenue targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of our building materials
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Network in order to build relationships
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms and contracts
Business Development Executive - Builders Merchant - Key Requirements: - Experience in the building supplies industry is essential.
- Proven track record in business development and sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of building materials
- A valid driver s license and the ability to travel as required.
Salary: Up to £38,000 £45,000 + annual bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday
