Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a major mixed-use development project.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful and timely delivery within budget.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the project team, including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the project.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Key Requirements: - Significant experience in project management within the construction and development sector, particularly on large-scale, complex projects.
