The consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of one of the capital s most significant residential-led developments. This ambitious project combines world-class modern design with heritage-listed buildings, ensuring the highest standards of quality. The development will feature luxury apartments, townhouses, affordable housing, and a Grade II listed building, merging British heritage with cutting-edge design.

Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a major mixed-use development project.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful and timely delivery within budget.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the project team, including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the project.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Significant experience in project management within the construction and development sector, particularly on large-scale, complex projects.
• Proven track record in managing residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, construction contracts, procurement strategies, and risk management.
• Relevant degree or professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS, APM, or equivalent).
