Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in the commercial office sector
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach
Conduct showroom tours and presentations for potential clients
Create compelling proposals and quotations for furniture procurement and office solutions
Collaborate with our design and project management teams to ensure seamless client service
Represent The Framework Group at industry events and networking opportunities
Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM systems
Contribute to the company's brand awareness initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
Proven sales experience, preferably in commercial interiors, furniture, or related B2B sectors
Strong network within London's commercial office sector (preferred)
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Experience in solution-based selling and relationship-building
Strong commercial acumen and ability to close deals
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
