Hard FM Manager

We are actively seeking an experienced Hard FM Manager to work for an organisation based in London. The contract will last an initial 3 months but with likely extension or permanent contract

Position: Hard FM Manager
Location: London
Pay rate: 35 to 42 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on healthcare sites
• Manage internal staff and external contractors including compliance
• Technical hard FM issues on dispersed portfolio
• Work with construction projects department and provide expert hard FM advice
• CAFM
• (Hard FM background or associated qualification)
