Multi-Trade Operative

Our well-known Social Housing, Property Maintenance Client is currently looking to hire experienced Multi Traders for the below trades:

• X1 Multi Trade Plumber
• X1 Multi Trade Plasterer
• X1 Multi Trade Carpenter

In this role, you will be working on tenanted social housing properties, ensuring the maintenance and reactive repair tasks are carried out to a high standard.

• 33 days holiday (Including Bank Holidays)
• 8am to 5:00pm (40 per week)
• Van & Fuel Card Supplied

Requirements:

• Must have experience in social housing
• Experience: Joinery or Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering.
• NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent in equivalent trade
• Passport/Right to Work
• Clean DBS Certificate
• Driving Licence (Up to 6 points is allowed)
