The team Assistant role supports large teams with arranging travel, dealing with expenses, meeting arrangements, calendar management and any associated tasks around those duties and ad-hoc requests.
Assisting with admin tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing the calendarFacilitating communication with the teams when changes occurManage any logistics for travel and in-house meeting arrangementsWork according to company policiesEnsure accurate information during communicationsIndependent assessment of issues and solution orientatedComplete tasks in a timely mannerOverall, it allows the teams to focus on their core responsibilities.Coordinate with other team assistants and cover each other's holiday and any absences
What you'll need to succeed • Experience providing administrative
support to large teams (20+) and senior stakeholders. •
Asset management/Investment Banking proven experience • Sophisticated PC skills, including Microsoft Office Packages
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A good team player
• Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work well under pressure
• Proactive, efficient and solution-oriented mindset
• Experienced working towards deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
