This school has a strong reputation for guiding graduates into teacher training programmes such as PGCE and School Direct. Many former Graduate TAs have successfully transitioned into teaching through this pathway, making it an excellent starting point for aspiring educators.

• Provide support in the classroom, in small groups, and on a 1:1 basis.

• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and targeted interventions.

• Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEND).

• Work closely with teachers and school staff to enhance learning and wellbeing.

• Gain valuable classroom experience before progressing into teacher training.

We are seeking graduates who:

• Are passionate about education and working with children.

• Want to gain classroom experience before applying for teacher training.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Are adaptable, patient, and proactive in the classroom.

• Have an interest or experience in SEND support (desirable).

• £95 per day, term-time only.

• Full-time role, Monday-Friday, 8:15am-3:45pm.

• Experience across different year groups and learning needs.

• Ongoing mentoring from teaching staff.

• A clear pathway into PGCE, School Direct or other teacher training routes.
