What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of maintaining and repairing both air source and ground source heat pumps, conducting advanced fault finding, and producing detailed reports. Working independently but as part of a wider engineering team, you'll ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency while maintaining high standards of compliance and safety.

What you'll need

A Category 1 F Gas qualification and Unvented Hot Water certification including WRAS are essential, along with a full driving licence. You'll need strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience with manufacturers' service software. An air conditioning background with heat pump experience would be ideal, but we're also interested in AC specialists looking to develop into heat pumps.
