Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join our team, working on reactive maintenance projects in South West London. This is an immediate start role for a skilled individual with a proven track record in multi-trade work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multi-trade roles (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, or other general maintenance trades).
• Ability to deliver high-quality reactive maintenance services.
• Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or one issued within the last 12 months.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
