We are now looking for a Sales Leader to join our beautiful Marylebone High Street store - someone who shares our passion for fashion and is ready to make an impact.

The Sales Leader Role:

As our new Sales Leader, you'll be at the heart of the in-store experience, supporting the Store Manager and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Leader will include:

• Confidently managing daily store operations, including opening and closing
• Leading by example to drive sales and create a positive team environment
• Supporting and coaching team members to reach their potential
• Ensuring every customer receives a premium, personalised shopping experience
• Assisting the Store Manager with planning and decision-making

About You

This is the perfect step for someone currently working as a Retail Supervisor or Team Leader in premium retail.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• 1+ years' experience in premium retail (required)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
• A natural sense of style and appreciation for premium womenswear
• Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
• Reliability and flexibility to work a varied schedule (including weekends)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
