Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a well-established high-end residential main contractor. Specialising in luxury refurbishments, they are seeking a numbers-driven QS who can confidently manage costs from tender through to completion across multiple projects.

• Managing cost control, procurement, valuations, and variations
• Overseeing multiple refurbishment projects independently
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Working closely with site teams and senior management

• Strong QS with a proven track record and a keen eye for numbers
• JCT contract experience is essential
• High-end residential experience is beneficial but not essential
• Proficiency in Bluebeam & Excel
• UK experience is a must, with a background in full project lifecycle management
