A well-regarded independent SEN school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated SEN Primary Teacher to join its nurturing and forward-thinking team. Rated "Good" by Ofsted, the school provides high-quality education for pupils aged 6-19 with a range of complex needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

What the Role Looks Like

• Lead a class of six primary-aged pupils with ASD and SEMH needs
• Work alongside two experienced teaching assistants who support learning and behaviour
• Deliver a personalised, therapeutic curriculum tailored to individual needs
• Foster a calm, structured, and emotionally supportive environment
• Collaborate closely with a highly supportive Senior Leadership Team
• Use creative strategies to engage pupils and promote progress
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching in UK schools, ideally in SEN settings
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service - Essential
• A strong understanding of SEND and inclusive teaching strategies
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to build trust with pupils and families
