Removals Surveyor

Our client is a respected leader in the UK Removals & Storage industry - a multi-branch, long-standing BAR member with an outstanding reputation for quality. They are now looking for an experienced Sales Surveyor to join their busy London team.

This is a client-facing role where you'll be the face of the business, promoting services across domestic, commercial, and international markets. You'll combine consultative sales skills with removals knowledge to scope, cost, and plan moves, while developing strong customer relationships and driving profitable growth for the branch.

What you'll do:

• Convert enquiries into successful business by providing accurate surveys, quotations, and tailored solutions.
• Build relationships with customers, ensuring a professional and supportive service from first contact through to move completion.
• Actively seek out new opportunities through canvassing, networking, and targeted account management.
• Collaborate with the operations team to uphold high service standards and identify improvements.
• Deliver against sales targets, contributing directly to branch success and profitability.

What we're looking for:

• Proven B2C sales experience, ideally within the removals industry.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Confident IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Suite).
