What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader

• Champion our Bee Curious curriculum, a unique, child-led approach that sparks imagination and discovery

• Ensure educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms

• Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs

• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team

Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education

• Brings hands-on experience in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role such as Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner

• Demonstrates strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Creates an inclusive, supportive environment where children and team members thrive
