Senior Site Manager

A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to oversee a 46-unit housing association residential scheme in Enfield. This is a Freelance position but a temp to perm arrangement is negotiable for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations and ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage fitout and finishing phases to high-quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Ensure H&S compliance and adherence to regulations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential projects.
• Strong fitout/finishing experience within housing schemes.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
