What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage commercial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
• Prepare detailed cost plans, financial reports, and contractual documentation
• Conduct precise financial assessments and value engineering solutions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

• Chartered or working towards RICS qualification
• 4-8 years' quantity surveying experience
