Role Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Assist service users with daily activities, community engagement, and appointments.
• Encourage independence and personal development.
• Follow and implement individual care plans.
• Provide person-centered care, ensuring the highest standards of well-being.

What We re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a care role (training available for those new to the sector).
• Caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience or willingness to work with individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service.
• Ability to assist with mobility, moving & handling.
• Swimming skills are a plus.
• Willingness to complete mandatory training provided by CTRC.
