Active Recruitment are currently working with an outstanding Mainstream Primary School in St Albans who are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP, on a long-term basis with a view to go permanent. As a Teaching Assistant you will play a key role in helping to make an impact for students with special needs.

Roles and responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:

• To support students with their learning in lessons, working with them individually and in small groups
• Assisting kids with learning disabilities, Autism, Behaviour, SEMH
• Supporting students who have special needs with their learning
• Demonstrate skill and initiative working with young people
