Team Manager - MASH

We are looking to recruit a Team Manager in a MASH Team within the Social Care industry in Slough, on a permanent basis paying £63,424-£65,685. - depending on their MASH experience .Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out risk assessments and safeguarding procedures
• Liaising with the duty social worker and team mexperience.t new cases and open cases
• Managing a team of social workers and support staff
• Directing and supporting referral co-ordinators in their role to take referrals, gain info from partner agencies and keep accurate records
• Making decisions quickly and accessing computer systems

• Clear understanding of the principle and function of a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub.
• Evidence of ability to use analytical skills to determine positive outcomes for children and young people within tight timescales.
• Previous experience of working with partner agencies to gather information essential.
• Managing staff

Experience preferred:

• Post qualifying experience of working as a Senior Practitioner in a MASH Team in the UK.
• Must have worked as a Team Manager in a MASH Team.

Minimum Requirements:

• HCPC Registration
• 3 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry (MASH Team)
• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
