Role: Office Manager & Project Support
 Salary: Up to £65,000 + Perks + Progression

An exciting opportunity for a highly organised and driven individual to oversee office operations and provide vital support across multiple construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office functions, ensuring smooth administration, HR coordination, and compliance processes.
- Support project teams with document preparation, site setup, inductions, and subcontractor administration.
- Compile and maintain Health & Safety documentation, including Construction Phase Plans, O&M Manuals, and COSHH Assessments.
- Coordinate internal and external training, professional development sessions, and CPD programmes.
- Lead the implementation and upkeep of ISO standards and company accreditations.
- Manage paperwork for licences, permits, and security clearance forms.
- Liaise with site teams to ensure consistent communication and adherence to safety procedures.
- Assist with tender submissions, including document collation, visuals, and marketing content.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives that showcase the company's expertise and project portfolio.
