The Company
Our client is one of the UK s leading main contractors and due to continued growth they have a specific requirement for a Business Development Manager within their refurbishment and fit out division. They undertake a wide range of projects with customers primarily being in the commercial sector, completing high end fit out with values varying from £5-20Million.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive our business development initiatives across the region. Your strong network of existing contacts with consultants, customers, and frameworks, will be crucial. Your work and knowledge will play a key role in supporting our growth aspirations.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
• Business Planning: Be a key part of the production of the 3 year growth plan.
• Customer First Lead Generation: Effectively align products and services to both new and existing customers to unlock projects and drive growth.
• Team Collaboration: Engage the local Board in developing customer relationships and driving lead progression.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update Microsoft D365 to inform our marketing activities.
• Networking: Represent our client in the geographical area/sector focus to develop networks and enhance our profile.
• Events: Manage and attend all industry planned events.
Plus Points
- 2-4 years experience within a businesss development role required
- Experience within construciton / fit out sector prerferablly worked for a tier 1 or 2 contractor
- This role is to work within construction
