Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all operations.
• Create a 2025 marketing plan for core business units
• Lead marketing campaign planning and development across digital and traditional media.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to enhance strategy.
• Working closely with the Communication team
• Manage and support a team of 3 marketing professionals.

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience in marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of brand management and multi-channel marketing.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week and lead a team effectively.
