Land Referencing Associate

We're looking for an ambitious Land Referencing Associate to lead land referencing work on some of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects for a leading global multidisciplinary real estate firm.

You'll manage work packages for major schemes (DCO, CPO, TWAO), lead and mentor a specialist team, and act as the go-to expert on land ownership, compulsory purchase, and statutory requirements. You'll also shape strategies, manage budgets, and influence project outcomes at a senior level.

What we're looking for:

• Strong background in land referencing, ideally on large-scale infrastructure projects

• In-depth knowledge of DCO and CPO legislation

• Experience leading teams and delivering high-quality outputs

• Excellent stakeholder and commercial management skills
