Mobile Electrical Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to support multiple commercial sites primarily located in Central London, with no assignments outside the M25. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety, compliance, and efficiency of electrical plant systems within landlord areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties
• Quickly diagnose and repair electrical faults
• Carry out inspections, testing, and compliance verifications
• Conduct emergency lighting tests and implement necessary repairs
• Work on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems
• Keep detailed and accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service on-site
• Collaborate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• Fully qualified in electrical engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (mandatory)
• Experience working with plant systems in commercial landlord areas
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
• Excellent fault-finding skills and ability to work independently
• Valid UK driving licence (essential)

Package & Benefits:

• £43,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
