BMS Service Engineer

A newly formed BMS Organisation are now looking for their first new hire after a strong year in 2024. It's an exciting time to join a rapidly growing business with ample opportunity to grow with the business and further your skillset. You'll be working closely with the Managing Director, who has worked for top BMS companies across the UK, carrying major projects and developed strong technical knowledge across many BMS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance, inspections, and servicing of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Identify and resolve issues in BMS hardware and software systems.
• Perform system upgrades, including hardware and software enhancements.
• PPMs
• Offer technical guidance and training to clients as needed.
• Support the integration and commissioning of new BMS installations.
• Keep detailed service records and prepare comprehensive client reports.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations during all operational activities.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a Service Engineer working with BMS, HVAC, or control systems.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Trend and/or Tridium
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and fault resolution.
