Automation Engineer

Automation Engineer - vRA

We are looking for someone with solid vRA, who can refactor existing code backlog as well as Unit Testing & workflow documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement test strategies for vRA automation workflows, blueprints, and custom resources.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts for infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on vRA configurations.
• Identify and troubleshoot deployment issues across vCenter, vRA, and associated components.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams in Agile environments.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter.
• Proven experience with vRealize Automation (vRA) (version 8.x preferred).
• Familiarity with vRealize Orchestrator (vRO), NSX, and infrastructure automation tools.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks or scripting (e.g., PowerCLI, Python, or Ansible).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automation workflows.
• Experience in testing infrastructure provisioning, lifecycle management, and policies.
