The Ideal EYFS Teacher will:

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of how EYFS children learn and how to adapt teaching styles to best suit the diverse needs in the classroom.
• Be able to maintain effective classroom discipline in a positive, constructive manner and promote self-disciplined behaviour across the school.
• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that are in line with the EYFS national curriculum
• Produce the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff and students in achieving individual and academic goals.
