Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting both academic excellence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development and well-being.
• Participate actively in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

Person Specification:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
