Job Title: Vehicle Technician and/or MOT Tester

Salary: Up to 45,000 basic (depending on experience and brand accreditations) + uncapped OTE of 12,000 realistic

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician and/or MOT tester to join a thriving Toyota Dealership in Croydon. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MOT tests on customers' vehicles.
• Conduct fault finding and diagnosis using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Complete major and minor vehicle repairs with precision and efficiency.
• Handle routine maintenance, including light and full-service work.
• Order relevant parts and ensure repair and maintenance meet the highest standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Service and Parts, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Meet or exceed efficiency and productivity targets.
• Carry out road tests and communicate findings with customers.

What You'll Need:

• A valid NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• A valid MOT licence ideal.
• Proven experience working to efficiency and productivity targets.
• A meticulous approach to work, ensuring no repeat visits for customers.
• A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn and grow, including hybrid vehicle knowledge.
