Driver's Mate

Location: Tilbury Contract: Temporary (with potential to go permanent) Pay: £12.50 per hour Own transport advantageous due to location

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Driver's Mate to join a reputable logistics company based in Tilbury. This role requires someone with excellent customer service skills who can deliver a white glove service to clients.

• Assist drivers with deliveries and ensure goods are handled with care
• Provide a professional and courteous service to customers at all times
• Deliver and install items as part of a white glove service
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of delivery vehicles
• Follow health and safety procedures

• Previous experience as a Driver's Mate is essential
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Own transport is advantageous due to limited public transport access
