Architect Job in Sevenoaks, Kent

Our client is an employee-owned multi-disciplinary practice in Sevenoaks who is currently seeking candidates for an Architect job opportunity. This role offers a unique chance to join a multidisciplinary team, working on a variety of projects spanning residential, healthcare, education, commercial, leisure, and more.

Based across two offices with over twenty members of staff this employee-owned multidisciplinary practice offers a range of services including Architectural, building surveying and project management.

Current projects include large- and small-scale residential development and healthcare projects.

Due to continued success they are now seeking an Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work on projects across all RIBA stages
• Developing drawing packages
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, NHBC guidelines, and other relevant laws
• Assess risks and create Health and Safety Plans according to regulations
• Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with drawings and issue instructions as needed
• Organize drawings properly and back up computer files monthly
• Working directly with clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• Possess a minimum of 2 years in practice experience
• ARB registered
• Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
• Current knowledge of UK regulations
• Experience in UK based residential, commercial, or healthcare projects.

What you get back

• Salary of up to 45,000 depending on experience
• Flexible working round core hours 10.00- 4.00pm
