Typical matters include:

• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Dilapidations and possession claims
• Development and construction disputes
• Rights of light and party wall matters
• Service charge disputes
• Telecommunications Code issues
• Professional negligence and insolvency-related property disputes

You will join a collaborative team with strong partner support, working on high-value matters and gaining early responsibility. The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ PQE in property litigation
