Overview
This maternity cover position within the Premier League Media department will provide executive support to Director level roles in the Broadcasting and Digital Media departments, with secondary support to the EA to Chief Media Officer.
The role will support the Directors of three different disciplines: Broadcasting Sales and Servicing - the Premier League's relationships with its broadcast partners around the world; Broadcasting Operations and Production - the Premier League's delivery of broadcast operations on matchdays; and Digital Media and Audience Development - the Premier League's digital products and technology, content, and platform offerings for fans around the world.
The ideal Executive Assistant will be able to work at pace, work both autonomously and as part of a team, will pay meticulous attention to detail and will have fantastic interpersonal skills. The role has a broad remit, therefore will require excellent prioritisation skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and an individual who extremely proactive, forward-thinking and communicative.

We have a wide variety of responsibilities. These include organising the competition and its Rule Book as well as managing the centralised broadcast and commercial rights. The work we do in conjunction with the Clubs also goes far beyond the 90 minutes. We support and provide a framework for youth development, we protect the organisation's intellectual property, support the wider game and community programmes, undertake international development work and liaise with governing bodies and other leagues.
Our hybrid-working model also allows you some variety on your place of work, offering you the chance to work from home on some days each week. Where possible, you will attend the office or site visits in line with our company policy. All staff liaise closely with their line manager to manage their time appropriately and according to their work and team requirements.
