Logistics Coordinator - Automotive Experience Mandatory

Are you a detail-driven logistics professional with a passion for operational excellence in the automotive sector? We're looking for a Vehicle Logistics Coordinator to support the seamless delivery, registration, and lifecycle management of vehicles for a fast-growing brand entering the UK market.

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of supply chain, dealer relations, and vehicle operations - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-led environment and enjoys solving complex logistical challenges.

• Act as the central contact for dealer network and regional sales teams regarding vehicle delivery, registration, and damage resolution
• Liaise daily with logistics suppliers to ensure timely vehicle processing and delivery
• Support customs clearance, shipping damage claims, and system administration tasks
• Document and refine logistics processes to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide accurate and timely logistics data
• Build strong relationships with dealers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution

• Experience in finished vehicle logistics, ideally within an OEM, distributor, or logistics provider
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ideally Power BI
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
