Delivery Consultant/Recruiter

We're a supportive, fast-paced, and dynamic environment, and we're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to help us source and engage top candidates.

The Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be a vital part of our recruitment team, responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles. Your day-to-day will include:

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilise job boards, social media, and databases to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Screening Applications: Review CVs and applications to assess the suitability of candidates for specific roles.
• Conducting Interviews: Pre-screen candidates over the phone or via video call to ensure they meet job specifications.
• Database Management: Maintain and update our recruitment database with new candidate information.
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants: Assist the team in coordinating interviews, candidate communication, and job offers.
• Building Relationships: Develop a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
• Previous experience in recruitment or a customer-facing role is a plus (but not essential).
