Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Art across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for Key Stage 5 as the department grows

• Plan and deliver engaging, imaginative lessons that develop students' artistic skills and critical thinking

• Contribute to the wider cultural life of the school through exhibitions, clubs, and enrichment activities

• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Have a strong background in Art and a passion for visual arts education

• Be committed to high standards of teaching and learning

• Inspire creativity and confidence in students of all abilities

• Be reflective, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute to the wider school community
