A rapidly expanding developer operating in London and the home counties is on the lookout for a Project Quantity Surveyor.

With current projects to finish off, a Project Quantity Surveyor is needed to come in an work on one of the new projects this company has starting from their large order book of work.

As the Project Quantity Surveyor in the role, you would join a commercial team from pre-commencement of activities and be on the project for its complete lifcycle until completion in 2028. This residential development consists of over 450 units with 1 commercial building.

Requirements:

• Commercially Astute
• Degree Educated
• Structured Career History
• Previous experience with Developers
