Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our Client has a splendid opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their amazing Major Projects team to work at the iconic Old Oak Common station development in North-West London.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to undertake all duties within the commercial department and project teams.

• Produce and provide accurate forecasts of project costs to completion and final value
• Continual monitoring of projected costs
• Monitor cash flow and valuation plan
• Ensure contract variations are identified

Who we're looking forYou will have the following:

• CSCS
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
• NEC3 experience
• Major civils/infrastructure projects experience
