In your new Maintenance Operative job you'll be part of a close knit group making your offices the best they can be!

Working with 2 other Maintenance Operatives you'll be looking after 4 office sites in Central London.

You'll be conducting planned maintenance works but most of your time will be spent on basic electrical, plumbing and building fabric repairs to keep the lights on and doors open for tenants.

You will be interacting a lot with the tenants so if you're the sort of person who enjoys a customer-facing maintenance role this is the job for you!

If you have hands-on commercial property maintenance experience we'd love to hear from you!

You will occasionally need to drive the maintenance van between sites so will need a full, valid UK driving licence.
