PRODUCTION ASSISTANT / ALLROUNDER

HERTFORDSHIRE

Up to 30K (Negotiable Dep on Exp) + 8 Bank Holidays + Overtime (Time ) + Pension + End of Year Bonus

Our client is a large format graphics company based in the South East, they are currently looking for a Production Assistant / Allrounder to join their team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and a great team player.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• The job description will be to work alongside one other person in production, running large format printers, vinyl cutters some woodwork and general production requirements.
• There may an occasion that the candidate will be needed on an install. (Everyone chip's in and helps when needed).
• Ensure high-quality output and attention to detail in all projects.
• Occasionally assist with installations-teamwork is key!
• Follow health and safety guidelines in the workplace.
• Keep the workspace organised and clean.

Requirements:

• Training courses from supplier's will be provided and the most important aspect is being able to work in a team with in a fast pace business.
• Some experience in large format printing or signage production (preferred but not essential).
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on varied tasks.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Basic woodworking skills would be an advantage.
