Production Supervisor

We are supporting a well-established international manufacturer and distributor of high-quality connectivity products in their search for a Production Supervisor to join the team in Welham Green, Hertfordshire.

The Role

As Production Supervisor, you'll take responsibility for day-to-day warehouse, stock, and production operations. You'll ensure smooth processes, accurate stock control, and efficient distribution - while supporting and guiding colleagues where needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and stores operations
• Work to schedules and deadlines to maintain stock accuracy
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Ensure traceable, quality-driven stock control
• Safely handle palletised goods
• Support and guide colleagues as required

Essential Skills & Competencies

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
• Attention to detail with problem-solving ability
• Confident communicator with good literacy and numeracy
• PC literate
• Experience in a quality-focused stock environment

Desirable (Training Provided Where Needed)

• Reach truck qualification (training available if not already held)
• Experience using pallet trucks and handling palletised goods
• Previous stock/warehouse management experience
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle

Working Hours

Standard hours:

• Mon-Thu: 07:30-16:30
• Fri: 07:30-12:30

Alternative shift options (for production & distribution staff):

• Mon-Thu: 06:30-15:30, Fri: 07:30-12:30
• Mon-Thu: 07:00-16:00, Fri: 07:30-12:30
